Enable Note Feature on SolarWinds Web Console

I have disabled the feature that allows a note to be added when acknowledging an Alert. How do I enable it again?

Check if this is what you are looking for , go to all active alerts screen , 'Alerts' -> Click on More and uncheck 'dont prompt for alert notes'
