Cannot enable NCM Session Trace

Hi,

I am trying to troubleshoot some NCM issues by enabling Session Trace under Advanced Settings, but when I just click it to enable and submit, refresh the page and see the option "Session Trace" is still unclicked.

Any help on what could be causing this?
