Add custom properties to Node using Python - User Input

I'm adding SNMPv3 nodes with Pollers to Solarwinds 2020.2, but I'm having problems with adding custom properties for the node, I would like to user user input since different nodes have different properties, the properties I would like to add are Department, Neighborhood and SIC code.

The script works up to the URI point, I'm not sure how to define the URI, I'm new to SolarWinds/Python so any help would be much appreciated.
