NPM service doesn't start up after reboot

Hi,
We're running Orion v. 7.8 on a W2k3 SP1 server.
Every sunday night the server automaticly reboots. After the reboot the NPM service is stopped and NO info is available in the event viewer. A manual strt works fine and the NPM service runs without errors until next sunday.
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I've just found out that the NetPerfMon service times out when connecting to the SQL DB on an other server. Does anyone have a solution/idea on how to resolve this very annoying problem?

Is the SQL server being rebooted at the same time? I have run into issues where the delay in SQL coming up has caused similar failures.

we have the same issue, apparently The services try to start before the server is fully initialized on the network, so it cannot find the SQL server to connect to the database.
