Shared thwack Templates, cannot fetch

Hi,

We are running NPM 10.1.1 SP1 with APM 10.0.1.

Our company web proxy has been added to NPM (why did I need to hack a text file for that!!),
update checks and news|blogs entries pops up.

However, the integrated Shared thwack Templates cannot fetch template from thwack.com.
Probably a known issue but what is the solution?

Hey Daniel--

Do you mean that when you click on Thwack from your product, you aren't able to access the templates? Can you provide me with the exact steps you are taking so I can research it for you.

Hi Marie,

Here comes the exact procedure,

Settings [top right corner]
    -> Settings [table]
        -> APM Settings
            -> thwack Community
                -> Shared thwack Templates

Shared Application Monitor Templates on thwack_
    Select tag to filter by: [right column]
        Loading...
    (then it goes to)
        All (0)

    The right column then says [in grey]
    "Unable to reach thwack.com. Server may have limited Internet connectivity.

If I go to Settings [top right corner]
    Products Updates
        Available Product Updates
    ...and click the "Check Now" button it connect to Solarwinds correctly.
    New Blogs info etc... also works.

One test you could do is see if you can pull content directly off of http://thwack.com/media/ from the same server. If not, then you probably have a browser setting to change to make that a trusted site.

Did you figure this out? I have the same problem, this did work before.
