Skype for Business Template Needed

Does anyone have a Skype for Business SAM template. I have applied the Lync 2013 templates to my servers, but some of the service names and counters have changed. I have checked the Master template repository as well.

I have logged the creation of an out-of-the-box Skype for Business template as a feature request internally under SAM-3839.

I have also applied Office 365 Skype not completely installed yet has Microsoft has a bug when you switch to Office 365 mailboxes it creates contacts. Microsoft is working on a fix now.

Same issue here; would love to see a Skype for Business SAM template. A user experience monitor would be great too; kind of like there is for Exchange / mail flow.
