Can NPM make a Phone call when Alert Activated

Is it possible to create an alert in Solarwinds that would actually make a phone call and announce the text of the alert??

Sorry to bring up an old post, but there is renewed interest for this capability. Anyone know of an appliance that I can send an alert to that will make a voice call and play the alert??
