Quest Spotlight template?

Anyone running Quest Spotlight and created a template for APM?

Isn't it just one service that needs to be monitored for Spotlight? Once you've setup a template to monitor that single service and can also apply the SQL Server template to the node and you should be set.

Thanks for your feedback qle! Don't know a thing about the product but know it runs on one of our servers. Sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get complete answers from the Systems guys so I thought I would post here to find out whether the product might have multiple services to monitor. You answered my question. We're still running 8.5.1 and APM 1.0 and will upgrade to 9.1 and APM 2.0 soon to be able to take advantage of the new features to be able to view the services running on the servers.

I should've qualified my answer by indicating that we're running Spotlight for SQL Server. If you're not running this edition of Spotlight, I'm not sure how accurate this information would be for you.
