Scheduled Job - Config Change Report - Consistently shows no changes

I have a scheduled job configured to compare the latest running-config download to the last running-config in the DB. It emails the results, but every time I receive the report it say's "no changes" even if there are. If I generate a one off report for config changes it displays properly. Anyone else run into this

Exactly same problem. Have you sorted out your? I am running NCM 6.0
