I have checked that document but was looking for more information specifically for using Windows Core (No GUI) which is a sub version of both Datacenter and Standard (supported) OS

Server Core in not a supported option.

Is this documented somewhere? I haven't been able to find it. They're trying to force us to move to Server Core here also, against my judgement...
