I see that APM can return a count of the users locked out. I am also looking to include the usernames of those users in the alert / notification. I would like to be able to alert our helpdesk personnel that a user has locked their account before they have a chance to call in. That way when they do call in (company policy) we are already aware that they are locked out when they start complaining certain apps wont work for them.
