check time

Hi All,

I have a linux box that keeps getting its time skewed and i am in the process of trying to figure out why. Is there any way I can check the time on the box with APM until I have this iron out?

Not currently, but why not configure the server to use NTP? That should solve the time drift issue you're having.

i did..its running and i have configured it but its still drifting.

Adjust the NTP update interval to at least once an hour. Drift is normal, but how bad is the drift that you're seeing? This might be an indication that either the CMOS battery is on its way out of that your crystal clock on the motherboard is bad.
