Unable to log into NCM web interface

When I log into the Orion web interface, I use my own Orion account. But when I try to open the Config tab, I am immediately locked out of my AD account. I tried logging into Orion as Admin, and then was able to log into the Config page with my AD account but if I go back to my own Orion account the problem is still there. When I log into the server with my AD account, I can open the NCM application without any trouble.

In order to troubleshoot without constantly locking myself out, I created a view for NCM with only one resource on it, Node Details. When I try to preview, however, I get the following error. I don't know what else to try to get this to work.

The Orion website is currently unable to display this page. Orion polling and alerting services often continue running, though this page cannot be displayed. Please take the following steps to attempt to alleviate the issue:

Log in to the website again and navigate to another Orion page, allowing you to isolate the error to this page.
Ensure the Orion services are still running.
Check that your SQL Server is still running and accessible.

Please notify SolarWinds of this error. We will address and help you fix the issue.

Your specfic error is:

Either the target name is incorrect or the server has rejected the client credentials.

Have you gotten anywhere with your issue? I just upgraded NPM, NCM, and NTA and I can't seem to login to NCM. When I check the NCM database "users" table, all the usernames are a bunch of gobbledygook.

No, haven't heard a thing. I guess I'll have to open a ticket.

I assume in the node details page, on any of the NCM resources, you have verified your credentials are correct? Are you entering your username in the domain\username format?

Yes, I am using that format and have tried dozens of times over the last few months. This has not worked for me since NCM was integrated with AD but I was working around it by using the NCM application on the server. Now I need to set it up to work for several other people, so it's time to get it sorted out.
