Node Status when application goes down.

Is there a way to cause the node status to change to a warning state when an application goes down. Currently just the application status will say down but the node will still be green.

Yes. It's been requested. And, for sure, it's something we want to do. But it involves a pretty fundamental change in how nodes are shown throughout the web console. You're going to see a change in the maps first, but eventually everywhere.

This feature has been requested for APM on more than one occasion. It seems to be on SolarWinds agenda but unfortunately, a date has not been made known with regard to its availability.

Thanks for the response. : - ( Hopefully soon this will be released in some kind of Hotfix or Service Pack. Until then I'll just have to deal with 2 monitors. One with the map showing the physical infrastructure and one displaying APM Summary.

As a policy, we don't release features in service packs or hotfixes. Those are for bug fixes.
