How can I get a breakdown of what "Other Time" is?

Other Time is the remaining load time after database and Business Layer requests are complete. This includesSWIS, IIS and .Net Caches, and .Net object creation time.

Try this to reduce “Other Time” on their site - delete the .NET cache:

* Stop the IIS service, generally named World Wide Web Publishing Service.
* Navigate to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root.
* Delete everything in this directory (.Net cache).
* Navigate to C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root.
* Delete everything in this directory (.Net cache).
* Restart the IIS service.
* Restart all SolarWinds services via Orion Service manager.
* Wait 15 minutes for system to settle.
* Load some pages on your website and see if they load faster

The are other steps to try reduce other time as well.
