I just upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.5 and I get No dataa available. Please define your Orion Network Configuration location. When I click on the link it has the right information in it. Has anyone else seen this?
Have you installed the NCM 5.5 version on the server as well (screenshot is from the Orion Integration Module). If so are you able to connect to the NCM website? You may need to collect the diagnostic and open a support ticket for this.
Yes, NCM is installed and working perfectly on the server. I can't connect through the website. I'll open a ticket.
