Question about NCM and VMware polling

Hello,

We have 2 VWMware Vcenters one is ESX4.0 and the other is ESXi 5.0.

I can add the vcenters in NPM and there I can connect to the centers using SNMPv2. With a community string.

The problem is that in NCM I cannot do anything with the hosts, clusters, ...

Is there anything that I need to enable on the hosts themselve or how can I make use of the polling features for VMware, using NCM?

Hi Jiri,

In NCM you should be able to add MIB's from the vmware download center.

I have added these in the default MIB directory in NCM but I don't have a clue where I can use these then.

I'm not sure if they were imported correctly
