Install IIS 6.0 in 32bit mode on Win2003 64bit R2 server

Hello,

I will be installing NPM onto a Windows 2003 64bit R2 server and have read IIS needs to be run in 32bit mode, will Orion do this for me? If not what do I have to do to get round this please?
