Unable to get Config Download to work for Nexus 5K

I am unable to download a copy of the config from a Cisco Nexus 5K. I keep getting the following error

Config not downloaded. Check commands or file names and retry.

Connectivity issues, discarding configuration (or configuration is too short)

Anyone have any ideas or can assist would be appreciated..

How do you have your connection profile configured? I had to create a separate connection profile for the Nexus where the "Enable Level" is set to "<No Enable Login>". Then it works fine.

The issue was that i needed to use a network-admin account instead of the operator account.. no enable needs to set also (for my instance).. i am in and pulling configs now... thanks
