High Utilazation Alerts

I currently have alerts set up to alrt me if transmit and/or recieve utilization go above 75 percent and th4en reset when they drop below 50 percent. An email is generated that shows the node and the percentage utilization. I would like to also show the IP address that has the highest utilization on that node. We do have netflow on most locations and I have a tv monitor that I can go tothat shows that information. I would just like to see it in the email I get also. I can't seem to find how to configure the alert to show that information also. Can anyone provide assistance. Thanx
