Is this Windows server? If yes - this can be done from node's management resource > EDIT NODE > WMI > Specify WMI Account

Is this SNMP? Same as above > EDIT NODE > specify community string

Or are you talking about NCM? You do this in Settings, NCM Settings and then either select Global Device Defaults or Connections Profiles depending on which one you want to change.
