Is there a way we can change the severity of the alert inside the event log created by Netperfmon, by default the severity inside this log is punched as warning.
Can you post a screenshot of what you are asking?
So I just played around with this in our test environment and I think I see what you're saying:
If you use the write to NPM Event Log action, it logs it at the warning level. This appears to be irrespective of what the alert level is, since my alert was at a Critical level and was still logged as a Warning.
You may want to follow up with Support to know for sure, or check for/submit a feature request if a change is needed.
Yeah just tested with 12.4 same issue but in active alerts, it does display it correctly so it's just in the events view.
