We have an install of NCM that started out as an evaluation copy, and in the process purchasing and activating a proper license and bringing it online we've changed the IP address and hostname of the server that it resides on. Now everything is up and running, but I've found that it logs me in as an Engineer (not as an Admin). To access NCM, I RDP to the server and log into the server as an Admin using my Windows credentials, so in terms of Windows or Active Directory I should be given Admin rights. I think NCM is configured to use my honor my Windows credentials when I RDP into the server, but for some reason it logs me in as "Engineer". So how can I break into NCM and set myself as an Administrator?
