the User Experience (UX) team at SolarWinds is tasked with making our products easier to use, more useful and more efficient for all of our users. But, we can't do that without feedback from new users like yourselves to help us understand what's working well, and what is hard or confusing to figure out. In the next few weeks, we'll be running feedback sessions over WebEx with a few of you who have been using SolarWinds (NPM, SAM, NCM or any of the Orion suite products) under 6 months so we can hear your thoughts and concerns. People who participate in feedback sessions with get thwack points; moreover, you'll really be making a difference for the noobs who come after you!
