Hi, I'm trying to monitor my Windows servers through WMI but all the volumes appear as unknown even though the user has all the permission allowed for WMI.
Did you test your credentials, or you're otherwise 100% sure they have the necessary admin rights?
Aside from that, how long are you waiting? Could take a few minutes for the initial poll of the volumes.

Yes, I checked the credentials and I was 100% sure the user had admin permissions. Out of desperation I restarted all the SolarWinds services and it started polling the volumes.
Seems like that's the magic quick fix for everything. Every few months I have to bounce the services, run a query against the database, and then restart the primary poller because reboot alert emails quit getting sent out.
This is Problem in WMI protocol. If you reset the server maybe sotlutions, But maybe you need fix the WMI. drevollo
