Orion Report Writer Date/Time exclusion

How do I exlude date/time under filter results for Orion Report Writer? I want to omit change control windows from the availability reports.

On the Filter results tab -> Records where * (the option will be in the drop down)

Is there an example available? Date is equal to 3/18/2008 and time is equal to 12am - 1am, omit? Not sure how to do this.

Create a new "elementary condition and you'll have an option for date/Time filtering.

To get stats for between 9 AM and 5 PM you would need two date/time filter conditions which would be

Records where Time of DAY(24 hour format) is greater than 090000
Records where Time of DAY(24 hour format) is less than 170000
