Modifying Group (Uknown)

Is there anyway to modify or create groups in Orion ? I hate that when I add devices that aren't known such as F5, servers, etc ... it just throws them in the Unknown group ... can I create custom groups that I name myself so that all of them don't get dropped into this Unknown bucket ?

Hi James,

Check out the Custom Property Editor, it will let you create custom properties based on your nodes, Interfaces and Volumes. You can then use those custom properties to group the nodes on your website.

Hello HTH,

That is a cool turtorial but it still doesn't answer my question as to how I can pull the F5s out of the Unknown group. Any other ideas ? Is there a field I can edit on the device so that Orion knows it is an F5 and not some unknown ?
