Error when adding a node on additional poller

Hi

We are having issues when trying to add a node to an additional poller.

An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.

We also get the error when trying to manage a node that has been set to be polled by the new polling engine.

I have also attached the errorlog.

We can successfully telnet from the main Orion server to the additional poller.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

I've seen this error occur when there are missing or outdated components on the additional polling engine. E.G. if you own UDT but have not installed the UDT Additional Poller Components on the additional poller, or you have an older/outdated version of an additional poller component installed on the Additional Poller. This can occur for instance if you upgrade the primary/main poller to SAM 6.2 but forget to upgrade the SAM Additional Poller Components and they're still on SAM 6.1.1.
