Giving Read Only Access to the NPM App

I want to setup a general user account with read-only access to the NPM app so our 2nd line support team can look at the specific switch interface information that isn't available from the web portal.

I've looked at the login details part and can't see how to creat a new role with read-only access.

Any help would be much appreciated?
