Server Requirement Matrix

Is there a matrix or a calc for proper server sizing when looking at multiple modules of Solarwinds installed on the same server.

I am in the process of setting up a deployment with the following modules and looking for advice regarding proper server sizing.

NPM SLX, NCM DL500, IPAM 16000, IP SLA SLAX, APM ALX, UDT 2500

I also have an additional polling engine to help split up the load. I am looking at 500 network devices and over 10000 elements and approximately 200 servers and 2000 applications to start with.

I am looking for requirements for not only the NPM server but also memory estimates and specs for SQL.

Thanks that gives me a good ballpark. I would really prefer however if SolarWinds offered a calculator that you could plug in the modules, number of nodes, elements, etc and come up with a number. The documentation really doesn't address all the additional modules so I could see where someone could seriously undersize their server, especially on the SQL side of things.
