NCM web intergation error

I get the error below when I go to NCM from NPM web page.

The Orion server cannot access the Orion NCM information service. The exact error was 'Bad Data. '

I was told by one the guys from Tech Support NOT to install the integration package yet because it would "break" the website.

We have verified with development this morning that the integration module does work. Whoever told you that was given incorrect information, and we have made sure that all technicians now have correct information.

Donald, I suggest you open a support ticket so a technician can address your issue directly.
