Need to create report for Access Points.

I need to create a report with all below details for Access Points.
IP address,Hostname, Controller name,Access point - Serial number, Access point -Model number , Access Point Mac address

We could see the availability report as well as Host mapping report. But that is not populating with full list of APs with all details.

I took a quick gander at this in our lab environment and here are my findings:

The IP address, hostname, controller name, and AP MAC address should not be a problem getting into a report using a "custom table", or even some of the native wireless AP availability reports. 

The AP model # and AP - serial # data don't appear to be pulled by default.  We have Cisco APs, and I checked the wireless monitoring on the Orion demo site, and it doesn't have this data either.  So, in order to get this data, you should create a custom poller that polls your WLC.  There is a free MIBwalk program on your Orion server that you could use to see if AP model # or serial # appear within the MIB.  If so, create some custom pollers (or SolarWinds calls them Universal Device Pollers) that will pull this data from the WLC MIB.  You do this via the Universal Device Poller program running on your Orion server.  You can also view the MIB from this program if you don't use the MIBwalk program.

Once you are actually pulling that data, you can include its columns in your custom table report.  I hope that this gets you on the right track!
