Switch imports with NPM but not NCM

I have some new switches that import perfectly using Sonar into NPM, but they do not import into NCM using Sonar. We are using the same SNMP strings in Sonar for both. There are 4 devices out of a couple dozen.

 

I manually copied and pasted my SNMP snippet into these devices and they still don't import. Any ideas?

Hi Lee,

dclick is right, the behaviour changed in recent version of NCM.

The NPM-NCM DB discrepancies can be resolved using "Add or Manage Nodes" page in NCM Settings. See the screencap:

Here you can see whether the number of nodes in NPM and NCM database differ. Nodes that are in NPM databse only have "No" in the "Licensed by NCM" column. You can easily add them to NCM by checking the appropriate check box and pressing the "Add Nodes to NCM" button:
