issue with login

guys,

i have Network Performance Monitor 9.x setup on server 2008 with iis 7.0

but when login with default user "Admin" it gives

Orion Website Error
An error has occurred with the Orion website.

Additional Information
System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

its runs with asp 2.0. can some one please help?
