SAM licensing math does not make sense!!

I can't decipher the licensing math for SAM. How can I have 40 component licenses remaining if I have already used more than the allowed 300?

There is probably some AppInsight application which requires 50 component licenses and unlike regular application, AppInsight application cannot be licensed partially therefore whole AppInsight that is over limit is unlicensed and remaining 40 component licenses are available for regular applications.

Actually, there seem to be 2 AppInsight applications over limit (making 100 unlicensed components together)...

Errr... OK. Then it seems that the documentation on this page needs to be a little more explicit. Can you make that a feature request to change the wording on this page so it makes sense? Thanks.
