APM SQL Server Query

Hello,

I am having a problem trying to setup an APM using the SQL Server Query Template. It keeps telling me

testing on node 12.129.4.102: failed with 'NotAvailable' status

Login failed for user 'siteadmin'.

My issue I am using the ADMIN to log into this server, and I have verified the password, but it seems I am still missing something.

Hello Kevin,
components in SQL Server Query template are "SQL Server User Experience Monitors". They run query against target SQL server so credentials that you specify must be valid for SQL server, not for Windows. Are you sure that username and password you use can be used to log in to SQL server (for example using SQL Management Studio)?
