Just wanted to post a quick note about the Support team taking my issue to the Devs.
I am a realtive new Orion user, and was having some issues getting the email alerts to work the way we thought we should be able to get them. So, I called support. Those guys are good.
One of the things we would like to see is the "down time". When an alert fires for a node or app being down, i can put a timestamp in the email that shows when the node went "down". when we send the alert that shows the node is back "up", we wanted to include a line similar to "this node was down for xxx minutes". However, there doesnt seem to be a way to do this, so the support team put in a feature request for us.
