I'm a contract sysadmin for a new company and will be here for a few months trying to knock out a bunch of projects. One of those is cleaning up the alerts coming from Orion so that they are meaningful and accurate. Right now, we get a lot of alerts that just say "AppInsight for Exchange: Alert me when mailbox database is in warning or critical state". When I get into that alert to see what is triggering it, the trigger is just:
AppInsight for Exchange: Database > Display Status > is equal to > Warning
or
AppInsight for Exchange: Database > Display Status > is equal to > Critical
What i'm struggling with is finding out what is setting the status to critical/warning. Am I just looking in the wrong places?
