Solarwinds Agent installation Fails

When i am manually installing an agent on a windows machine, i am getting below error, can somebody please let me know How to resolve this and what is causing this?

Was trying to find a general troubleshooting article, but came across this:

I would also make sure you can ping the Orion server you're trying to connect to.

If you can ping it, make sure the ports are open:

Thats a generic timeout. Can you ping your orion server from the windows machine? If so, have you opened ports 17778 and 17790 on both sides?
