I have been using NCM for about a year or so...
When I need to add a new switch to the database, I simply click on the NCM icon and then get to work. We havent had any new switches in a while so I havent really worked with NCM for a few months. Just as luck would have it, I have to add a new switch today, and when I attempt to launch NCM, I now get a prompt for username and password....and naturally eveything I try doesnt work.
Can anyone help me with this? Is there a easy way to do a password recovery for NCM?
