Hi All,
We are moving to a new licensing system and 3.0 implements this. It is a little different but not difficult. I have found these steps save some time:
- Begin the APM upgrade/install
- Log into your customer portal in a browser session while the installer is running
- Click on "Resister Your Software" (center of screen)
- Look for the "Orion APM v3.0" section
- You should see an "Unregistered License"
- Copy the Activation Key
- When you get to the license screen just paste the Key and continue
I have done clean installs and upgrades in under 10 minutes this way!
If you don't see a license key in your portal and you are under current maintenance contact Customer Service at 1-866-530-8040 opt. 1
