A large client of mine is looking to ditch SolarWinds and is doing POCs with MaaS/RMM cloud companies because we can't get Change reports running for the past few months.
Tickets with support have not resolved it.
We are on track to upgrade 7.5 to 7.6 in the next few weeks and let me tell you if the reports don't work after the upgrade SolarWinds will lose a huge client. I don't want that to happen, trust me.
Has anyone had problems with NCM reporting like this?
