Received a couple of alerts today on disks that are low. The disks that were alerted on are not disk volumes on the servers.

If you go to manage nodes and find this server. Expand the server with the plus sign. If you see the E drive there, try deleting it from this screen.
that was easy, at least the guys had a good laugh
Delete orphaned disk using manage nodes.
