Exchange 2010 OWA PS script setup questions

Credentials for monitoring? Do these need to be a local admin, or just a domain account that has a 2010 mailbox that has access to OWA? Here is the script output

Testing on node '160.87.9.54' failed with 'Down' status ('Down' might be different if script exits with a different exit code).

So I figured out my own question. This account needed to be added to the orion server. Once I did that, the script executed no problem.
