SFTP Service

Hi,

Does anybody know if restarting all services via Orion Service Manager has an impact on SolarWinds SFTP/SCP server service?

What sort of impact are we talking about here ?

I don't think restarting services from Orion Service Manager will affect this particular service (SFTP/SCP) unless the server is rebooted and this particular service didn't come up as expected, check from services.msc if this service is set to automatic and is up and running as expected, before you shutdown services on Orion Service Manager, post which again validate it, it should be working fine.

thanks Vinay. It appears SFTP service was stopped during the server reboot. we changed the recovery options to "restart the service" under properties.
