User not visible in the Dameware Administration Console

Hi,

we work in a forest with multiple domains and in the moment we installed the server in domain A and list the user of Group AA of domain A.

This group is a UG. Now we add users from Domain B into the UG AA.

We do not see the users from Domain B. Why?
