TACACS authentication issue

I am having problems with authentication for config downloads. We use TACACS for authentication, tie that back to LDAP and use a synchronization software to keep AD and LDAP in sync so the OUs in AD for the network group sync 'across the board. If I execute a config backup using my ID for security it works. However if I use the service account we have set up for solarwinds it fails. As I can log on on to network equipment and the Orion nodes using the service account i know the account works in both AD and Tacacs I need to understand the SW authentication process so I can resolve this

Can you elaborate on what you have configured in NCM? For example, if you edit a device, what account credentials are specified Login Information? Are the service account credentials configured here?
