Hi Guys,
we are using NCM 7.7 with 1 APE & in HA environment. When we are running on HA of Additional poller NCM schduled jobs does not run properly taking lots of time even full day, while we are able to take backup of devices at that time.

Say no more! I can whisk this away over there to hopefully get more eyes on this.
Any suggestion /recommendations guys you can provide, it will be helpful for me..
Have you put in a support ticket? One thing we have seen cause this issue is port exhaustion.
You have more devices being monitored than a single poller can support
If NCM jobs are not running as scheduled or on command, you can try these resolutions found on this guide https://support.solarwinds.com/Success_Center/Network_Configuration_Manager_(NCM)/Knowledgebase_Articles/Jobs_are_not_running_as_scheduled_or_on_command:
Disable Windows UAC and reboot the affected server.
