About SAM

Hello All

I have one problem, My company used NPM 10.4.1. I wanna add SAM 5.5.0 to NPM, How I can add SAM? I did download full SAM 5.5.0 and installed but not working.

Yes, ideally you want to use the same database for both - NPM and SAM. That way you can benefit from integration between these product. As for your issue with database upgrade, I would recommend to open a support ticket. Support will need to delete old APM database objects and then Configuration Wizard will be able to finish fine.

Hello, you have posted your question to incorrect forum - this one is for SAM Beta versions so there won't be much feedback here

Could you provide more details on what exactly is not working? What you are trying to do, what error message you see?

We now using NPM10.4.2, and i wanna installing SAM 5.5.0 both NPM, we never used SAM.

Error message:

Database configuration failed:

• Error while executing script- Your database includes data

from APM older than 3.0. Please select a different database or create a new database to continue.

And I have more question, Should be 1 database both NPM&SAM?
