I am attempting to access the Account List link on the Orion Website Administration page in the web console and keep receiving the following error:

Orion Core 2012.1.1, SAM 5.2.0, NPM 10.3.1, IVIM 1.4.0
My recommendation would be to upgrade to SAM 6.0.2 and NPM 10.6.1. The upgrade process should replace any corrupted files or configuration settings that might be causing this issue. If for some reason that does not resolve the issue, please open a case with support so we can troubleshoot this issue further.
In any NPM or SAM version could you see this error, this is because after an upgrade and the Configuration Wizard don't finish successfully. Try re-ran the Configuration Wizard. I saw this error in my enviroment a few months ago and I re-ran Configuration Wizard ( 2 times) until this error stop appearing on web console.
If this don't fix your error try to open a Support Case.
